You don't realize how much you can love something until it's time to leave it. I am going to miss this cute house (which is even cuter on the inside because it is filled with many memories). Looking forward it is amazing how change can make us see things that we were once blind to and always thought we needed better. When in reality we have what we really want right in front of us. Make do with what you have for in someones eyes you already have the best of everything! So my advice don't dwell on the materialistic things, look around at all the things you do have and be grateful that you had the things you did.
So where did we end up you maybe asking? Kennewick, WA. It all happened so so fast. In August of 2011 we found out that Bechtel was out bid by another company. The new company was going to be laying off hundreds of people. So instead of facing a potential layoff Wade applied at several different area's with Bechtel National. We found out the first of September that Wade was tenativly going to be getting the postion and he would start in WA October 1st. So the weekend of our anniversary we booked it over to the Tri-cities to find a place to live. It was an adventure for sure. Going into detail would take FOREVER so I will just say we found a cute apartment tucked up on a hill 5 mins from pretty much everything. So we signed a 12 month lease (yes, we are't thrilled about living in an apartment but what do you do?) We were able to get our house rented out packed up and over to Kennewick the first second weekend in October. Thanks to our amazing family for helping us. Saying goodbye to everything and everyone we have ever known was the hardest thing I have had to face yet in my life. Keeping a positive attitude towards everything has made the transition very smooth. We miss our family and friends soo much but any of you need a vacay come visit we can golf and fish year round plus we are ALWAYS up for visitors!
